Lord Bradburn was the Imperial lord of Belatona during the Rider War. Seen in the "King Cat" chapter of Inheritance, he surrendered to the Varden after he was subdued by Eragon and Arya. He had a keep and a throne and therefore had status. Nasuada and Jörmundur used his throne room for the meeting with Grimrr Halfpaw and the Werecats. Bradburn was seen to be distrustful of the Varden, particularly regarding their alliance with the Urgals.
