Dazhgra was the Urgals' spellcaster on a supply train raid in Brisingr. However, he was not a member of Du Vrangr Gata. He was a powerful Bolvek shaman and could control the elements to the extent that his powers exceeded many magicians of the Varden, something which is not surprising considering how inexperienced the Varden's magicians were.
