Korgan was the first dwarf king, founder of the Ingeitum clan, as well as maker of the war-hammer Volund. He discovered Farthen Dûr, where his descendants ruled ever after.
Since he was both of Ingeitum clan and dwarf king, his clan crest (a vertical hammer surrounded by twelve stars), is engraved upon the floor of Tronjheim as well as other places in the city.
