Kvîstor was a dwarf of the Family of Mord who was Eragon's guide while he was in Tronjheim and the council was trying to decide who would become Hrothgar's succesor. He was killed while defending Eragon. Eragon swore that he would not let the killers walk away, unpunished. Eragon visited Kvîstor's mother, Glûmra, who honored his memory and stated that he would be dining in Morgothal's hall with his father, Bauden. Kvîstor was a deep dweller.
