The major agricultural city of Osilon was one of the major cities in the hidden nation of the elves, Du Weldenvarden and the westernmost elven city at the start of the Rider War. Arya disappeared near here during the Mission in Du Weldenvarden, as recounted in the prologue. It was the receiving end for Saphira's egg as it was ferried between the Varden and the elves.
