Resurgence is the 38th chapter of Eldest. It takes the point of view of Eragon.
Summary[]
There is a storm raging outside Eragon's shelter in Ellesméra, so he closes the cloth membrane in his and Saphira's sleeping room. Then, he realizes that the library upstairs needs to be closed. He rushes up the stairs, only to suffer one of his fits. This is the first fit he has had in a very long time. Saphira gets stuck in the staircase trying to get to him, and he has to get her out. Then, he goes back to sleep to recover.
