Revelation at Yazuac is the 18th chapter of Eragon. It takes the point of view of Eragon.
Summary[]
Eragon and Brom reach the village of Yazuac. As they enter the village, they notice the lack of general life, and in the center of Yazuac they find a tower of bodies with a baby gored through with a spear on top. Presently, they come across a few Urgals remaining in the town. As an Urgal bears down on Eragon, he draws his bow and speaks the word he heard Brom speak when lighting a fire, brisingr. The arrow erupts into sapphire-colored flames and destroys the Urgals, sapping strength and energy from Eragon and he faints.
