Rhymes and Riddles is the 4th chapter of The Fork, the Witch, and the Worm. It takes the point of view of Eragon.

Eragon sits at his desk across from Angela who, along with Elva, had arrived at Mount Arngor with a batch of traders. Eragon and Angela discuss the dragon eggs before Angela mentions she left the Broddring Kingdom to visit the land with Elva as well as be free of Du Vrangr Gata. Angela proposes having Elva speak to some of the maddened Eldunarí and shows Eragon her memoir who, after some discussion, begins reading it.
