Tarmunora was the queen of the elves when the pact between the elves and the dragons was formed after Du Fyrn Skulblaka. This event, which lead to the foundation of the Riders, would be remembered in the Blood-Oath Celebration. As such, she would have been one of the first elves (alongside Eragon I) to benefit from the physical changes and extended lifespan granted by the pact.
