Tea for Two is the 6th chapter of Eragon. It takes the point of view of Eragon.
Summary[]
Eragon goes to Brom's house and asks Brom about Dragon Riders. He learns that the dragons and dwarves were some of the first inhabitants of Alagaësia. Then, the elves came on silver ships from a land called Alalëa, and greatly offended the dragons by hunting them as they would deer. Enraged, the dragons fought back, and a war began known as Du Fyrn Skulblaka. The war lasted for many years, as the dragons and elves were both very powerful. Peace came when an elf, Eragon, found a white dragon egg, and raised the baby dragon as his friend after it hatched. Eragon named the dragon Bid'Daum. Together, they negotiated a peace treaty and established the Riders.
Eragon asks about dragon names, and Brom gives him a list of names of both dragons and Riders. The list included:
